 General Questions  

What is the status of my order?

Our turn around time after checkout is between 1-3 days. You will receive an email confirmation of your order upon completion of the purchase. We then begin packing your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number. Please allow 1-3 days after purchasing to receive your tracking number.

 

Can I change my order?

Once your order has shipped and left our facility we cannot change the order. If you've made a mistake in sizing, or color email us or leave your information through the contact form as soon as the mistake is realized. If your order remains in our facility we will gladly change the mistake for you. We check our email daily.

 

Where do you ship?

ARIANAARA only ships domestically within the United States. We are working diligently to update our shipping capabilities and move to a broader international market. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we add your country to our shipping list.

 

How long does it take to ship my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most payment platforms that the Shopify platform allows. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and MORE. We are always updating our shipping and payment capabilities. Sign up for our newsletter to find out when your choice of payment is available. If you have any questions over what payment we accept please email us and we will get back to you.

 

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently only charge in USD. United States dollars.

 

Do you offer different payment options?

We offer a variety of payment options to fit our customers needs. We hope to have your selected choice of payment, and if we don’t we will work diligently to acquire the permissions to use it.

 Shipping

 
Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere within the United States, including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Military bases.

 

How long does it take to ship my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for ARIANAARA to ship out your order. Once shipped, the package will then be in the hands of the shipping courier. You should receive your package within 1-10 business days. Please email us if you experience any delays.

 

Do you offer fast shipping?

We offer expedited shipping for a fee. If you choose this option at checkout we will ship out your order within 1-2 business days. From there the mail courier should deliver your package within 1-4 days.

 

How can I track my package?

We email you your tracking number once your order is completed and shipped out.

 

What if I'm not home?

You do not have to be home to accept the package. The package will be delivered to your home or P.O. Box. If for some reason your package is not left at your residence, we suggest you contact your selected mail courier first then us. As we have no control on their policies or behaviors. Once the package ships out of our facility, we leave it in the hands of the mail courier to finish the job. We do formally apologize for any inconvenience that you may encounter.

 

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

Currently we do not offer international shipping. We are updating our shipping capabilities constantly stay tuned for more.

 

 Returns

 

Do you accept returns?

No refunds. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product we accept a full return, but we will provide a replacement. We do not offer refunds only an exchange for the correct desired product or size. Unfortunately since we are a very small business, the customer is responsible for any return postage fees from the mail courier to ship the item back to us.

 

Can I exchange an item?

We only do exchanges, no refunds. Please refer to the above answer. 

 

Are returns free?

We do no offer free returns at this time. The customer is responsible for any return postages from the mail courier company to ship the item back to us. The item will be exchanged for another and shipped back out to the customer. No refunds at this time. 

 

How long does it take to process a return?

Notify us as soon as possible to be able to return and exchange your damaged or incorrect product. We can work on fixing the mistake even before we receive the item back. As soon as we receive your order at our facility, we will ship out your new and corrected product again.
